Sleep problem, I'm tired but my body is just restless and I can never get comfortable

Lately, I'm having trouble sleeping. I'm tired but my body is just restless and I can never get comfortable.. and when I finally think everything is ok and get close to fall asleep I have to move my leg because it "twitches "? What's up with me and how can I get sleep??

Vestibular neuritis – should I go to Chiropractic

I have been diagnosed with vestibular neuritis and since then I have been looking for a way to find the best possible treatment. I am not saying that the doctors are not doing their best but I am just trying to find the most effective cure. Should I go to chiropractic about this?

Wherever I turn around, I can see that people are talking about "chronic insomnia". I don't even know what this is. I know what insomnia is, but what has to happen with people to become chronically? I am asking this because I am a student and I can't sleep during my exam period at all....
