Febrial Seizure

What is the risk of development of febrial seizures in children? I avoid giving unneeded medications to my 3 years old son, but am concerned about consequences of high body temperature. How can it be recognized and stopped? How common are they? Please post.

I get up fast sometimes and i feel realy dizzy. After i feel dizzy i close my eyes and everything goes white. Then i wake up on the floor bitting my tongue and with some sort of injury. What do i have?
