You could have glandular fever, which is a type of viral infection.

Fatigue is the most persistent symptom of glandular fever and can last 4 several weeks. However, 1 in 10 people feel fatigue that lasts for up to 6 months.

Glandular fever can easily be diagnosed by ur doctor. They look 4 things such as swollen lymph nodes, tonsils, liver and spleen. Ur doctor may suggest u to get a blood test. If ur white blood cell count is higher than normal, it usually indicates the presence of an infection.
