lightheaded, dizzy, weak

For about a month now i have been lightheaded and dizzy and very weak i have a history of anorexia but im in recovery now and eating 1200 calories a day so i dont know why i am feeling that way.  Ive nearly passed out more times then i can count anyone know what could be wrong with me?
