I'm a 28 year old male; about 3 months ago I started to suffer with light-headedness. It started of a couple of times a week with a feeling that I wanted to pass out, then I got struck with a cold & ever since I’ve been suffering with constant light-headedness all day every day. I have had the odd day were I back to normal but other than that light-headedness takes over. Symptoms include confusion, short memory problems & vision problems, the world looks like a dream. I've been to my GP, did all the blood work tests, blood pressure, MRI & ct scan, seen an ENT & a neurologist & every thing has come back ok. It's really frustrating because it's affecting my job, social life & every day activities. Coffee, sweets & the slightest measure of alcohol will make the light-headedness 10 times worse. Its worrying because my GP & the neurologist said that it was a mystery & they didn’t know what was causing it. Just wondering if anyone's got any ideas or similar symptoms & I’m worried that I’ll have to spend the rest of my life feeling like this.

Hi, I'm 30 years old and have been suffering from the same symptoms as you. You may consider being tested for Candida or at the least do some research to see if your symptoms correlate with Candida symptoms. I know, it's odd to even mention as my husband thinks it's a hoax, but I tested positive for Candida (through a blood test) and have took laser treatments for it and am feeling much better, but not 100% yet. I'll be visiting an immunologist this week, so hopefully he can figure out what is not functioning correctly. At any rate, let us know if your feeling better or what's going on with you now since it's been over a year. Cheers, J
