What is the difference between parkinson's and parkinsonism? I can't find an answer.

I can't find the difference between parkinson's and parkinsonism.  I've looked all over on the internet and all I can possibly come up with is that parkinson's is one part of parkinsonism.  Is that right?

numbness and partial burning in lower lip

Ever so often I will experience a burning sensation in my lower lip. Sometimes I will get a slight numbness. This can happen at anytime during the day. I'm not able to narrow it down to a particular food type.
