Are there hospitals that will demonstrate the effects of smoking.......

Does anyone know if there are any hospitals or labratories that will demonstrate for me and my friends the effects of smoking? Will they show us what a long time smokers lung looks like? I am trying to quit and I think this is one powerful close to home way to do so... Thanks Jonathan

Quit smoking 6months

Since I quit smoking I have breathing probs and wheezing I go to a different Dr every month no one can find a problem.i have gained 20 unwanted pounds also
