runny nose, sore throat, swollen side of cheek,sleeps a lot

My nine year old daughter has a runny nose and is complaining about her left side of throat and cheek hurts. It is swollen. She is also sleeping more than usual. I am concerned, do you know what this could be? Should I take her to the doctor?
