recurring clear/white blister on underside of tongue

I get a small clear/white blister on the underside of my tongue. It always occurs in exactly the same spot (approx. center of left under-side). It hurts in proportion to how full it is (clear fluid). It eventually brakes or I lance it to get rid of it. Any ideas?
