i cannot taste for some reason

I woke up and i could not taste anything.Its been driving me crazy because i ate a bourbon and all it tasted like was a flavourless crunchy thing.So i ate an orange and still tasted nothing much any help would be great. Thanks :-)

I now have a small flap on the side of my tongue where I had bitten it

I believe that the small raised bump occurred after I had bitten my tongue on accident, somehow I bit so hard that I now have a small flap on the side of my tongue where I had bitten it, and on the edge of this flap, I think it is an infected tastebud, Im just wondering how long it will take to calm...

65 year old mother has thick tongue.

hi my mother is 65 yrs of age and she is experiancing a thickness to one side of her tongue ,a stiff neck ,and problem when talking at times .is there something possibly going on that she needs to be seen by her doctor?

Lump on tongue, can't swallow.

There is a big lump on my tongue. I think it is from my tooth repeatedly cutting it and healing. There are no nerve endings in my tooth so I don't feel. Is my tongue infected or will it heal. I'm going to get that tooth pulled.
