I've had a Geographical Tongue

I've had a Geographical Tongue for years and I don't know what to do I don't understand why there is something like a Geographical Tongue. It's painfull and I can't eat or drink enything because my tongue burns. please help me to find something that would take this disease away :'(

blisters on the back of my tongue
