Just over a week ago on holiday i got a greenish/white buildup on my tongue and put it down to dehydration and it went away but about four days ago i started sneezing and coughing alot and have had a sore throat and bad cough since. Now i have noticed a couple of small bumps at the back of my tongue and a slight white patchy layer on my tongue. Anyone know what it could be?
