Numbness at the injection site after allergy injection

I have had allergy shots for about six years.  About two weeks ago I received my regular injection and am now experiencing a numb spot at the injection site.  It is very irritating and I am worried it will not go away.

I have a type of Allergy.when i do a hard work like cycling roughly,running fast etc my total body become red and become full of allergies.at least when laugh for a long time it also happen.I guess costin a lot of ATP in sort time cause it.What type of allergy is it?And how is it cures?
