side effects of omeprazole

Have any of you taken omeprazole for stomach ulcers (or anything else for that matter) before? I am going to commence the use of omeprazole next week and I am starting to get nervous about the potential side effects. Are there any? Do I have a reason to be worried about this?

Is it safe to use ephedra free products along with hbp meds? I know that ephedrine increases blood pressure, so I guess that ephedra free products are safe. I need to lose on weight.
