XRAY Results.. What should I do next?

Hi! I had a medical examination last month annd the result was "QUESTIONABLE INFILTRATES LEFT UPPER LOBE" and I took chest xray again and the result was "APICOLORDOTIC VIEW SUGGESTED FOR FURTHER EVALUATION". What should I do with this? I hope some can help me in regards to this. Any suggestions...

popping in my chest causing breathlessness

pulsing pain in right chest

Sometimes I have a pulsing pain in my right chest area. It usually occurs when I'm walking fast in cold air or when I walk uphill. It's always in the same spot & when I stop it goes away after a couple of minutes or less. What is it caused by. I have two children with mild asthma.

sore lungs, swimming

I have a sore chest and lungs post several days of swimming in my home pool. With the California heat wave I spent many hours in the pool this is not typical. Now my chest is sore and when I breath in my lungs feel tender and the trachea feel raw. Any thoughts on why this is?
