Couldn't find what you looking for?

Hi! I had a medical examination last month annd the result was "QUESTIONABLE INFILTRATES LEFT UPPER LOBE" and I took chest xray again and the result was "APICOLORDOTIC VIEW SUGGESTED FOR FURTHER EVALUATION". What should I do with this? I hope some can help me in regards to this. Any suggestions please?! Thanks in advance!

Hi Chacha,

Questionable infiltrates means they are not certain that there is something in the lung or not.  Infiltrates are "spots" that should not be there.  It could be fluid or scarring from a past/present infection.

The apicolordotic view is just another x-ray taken from a slightly different angle to better focus on the apices, tops, of the lungs.

Get the x-ray.  Follow up with your doctor.

Hope it helps.
