cough after each meal

I start coughing after each meal, I bring up phlem which is sometimes stinky. I have had all the tests for acid reflex, taken antibiotics and changed my diet. But the problem still persists. What am I and my dovtors missing? pls. send your reply to **** **edited by moderator**
