Crying puppy sounds while sleeping on left side and exhaling.

When laying on my left side sleeping I am awakened to what sounds like a whining puppy on exhaling. In one exhale it sounds like whine, whine. Feels like it is coming from bronchial or throat area. Thank you.

Try belly breathing if you have the feeling you want to take a deep breath or yawn constantly

i think you should try belly breathing , if you dont know what it is just google it , I had this feeling for months that i want to take a deep breath and yawn every 10 sec and breathing from my belly helped rly rly a lot very quickly. and this message is for everyone . share to others too .
