Hello, Ecang.

  1. Bronchovascular markings are prominent with no definite active parenchymal infiltrates seen: This indicates that the blood vessels and airway patterns in your lungs are more visible than usual. The absence of active parenchymal infiltrates suggests that there are no signs of acute infections or inflammation in the lung tissues at the time of the X-ray.

  2. Heart is not enlarged: This means that the size of your heart is within normal limits, and there are no indications of an enlarged heart on the X-ray.

  3. Diaphragm and rest of the visualized thoracic structures are unremarkable: This means that the diaphragm (a muscle that helps you breathe) and other structures in your chest appear normal on the X-ray.

The results seem to indicate that there are no significant abnormalities detected in your chest X-ray at the time of examination. However, it's important to remember that the interpretation of medical results should always be done by a qualified healthcare professional who can consider your complete medical history and perform a physical examination.

But it sounds that you are healthy.
