I have bumps under my foreskin. They are there for few years, I am sure more than 5. I am 16 now and still a virgin. They are not really visible, unless I rectract my foreskin. They are pretty tiny dots and whitish. Are they fordyce or this more serious situation, like HPV or some other STD?

Yo I'm only 20, my girl is clean and I've never had any problems. I don't use condoms and this is the first time this has ever happened it doesn't itch or have any pain to it! I'm freaking out and don't really know what to do.... any ideas? No pain, no itching just small tiny red dots.
