I have itchy spots all over my scrotum. Also, larger lumps that have never changed a bit have also been present for years at the base of my penis. I've had this for as long as I can remember, it is like I have more foreskin than needed. It's like if my penis grows it will grow into and use up that extra foreskin, I am a teenager so I am still developing..Anyone know why? Is it just spare foreskin to grow into?
