Prescription Stimulants

Prescription stimulants are drugs that make you more alert and wakeful. They stimulate both the central nervous system and sympathetic nervous system and often produce euphoric feelings. Stimulants are used to treat narcolepsy and other sleep disorders and help patients with ADD or ADHD. The most used stimulants are Ritalin, Concerta, Adderall and Adderall XR although there are some improved drugs called eugeroics. Modafinil and adrafinil, marketed as Provigil and Olmifon belong to this class.

experiencing smelly urine since being on adderall

ive been on adderall XR 20 mg (2 daily) for about two weeks now, and i have noticed that my urine is very yellow and smelly, sort of lot boiled eggs. im not a constant water drinker either. i also have to urinate more often. could this be a side effect of being on adderall?

I just started concerta 36mg last week. I'm 5'6" and 150lbs. I'm starving, with hunger pains more often than normal. Is that a normal side effect. Also how do I know if 36mg is enough for me. I dont really notice much of a difference yet. :'(

I take adderall quite infrequently but I have noticed decreased penis size especially while on it, and it seems to be for a couple days afterwards. It does not seem dependent on the mg dosage. I notice that my periods are irregular when using adderall. Sometimes I don't have any periods. When I took the medication only once or twice for energy (which I know is not right), the next day or next couple of days out I would have some spotting and stomach cramps. Is this normal?
