!7 weeks pregnant and having daily headaches and sever cramping in stomach

Im 17 weeks, got an ultrasound a week ago she said everything looked ok. Ive been having sever cramping (which she said was normal, uterus or stomach stretching) and am now getting headaches everyday along with being really hot. Is this normal and does it get better? Thanks

I found out during week 9 that I miscarried. I have had 2 days of bleeding - once during week 6 for 1 day and once during week 9 for one day. In between there has been spotting with some cramping but not much else has been happening. I am not sure what to do! All my pregnancy symptoms are gone...
