ablasion and pregnancy

I had an ablasion 3 years ago for excessive bleeding due to low platlet counts. I found out that I am currently 7 weeks pregnant. Are there any statistics on pregnancy out comes post ablasion? I have not been able to find out any information about pregnancy after ablasion., Can you help?

I'm 36 and am 6 weeks pregnant. After having intercourse with my husband last week, I had red blood on the tissue when I used the bathroom the next morning. I wore a pad to work, but hardly any blood actually got on it. It was mostly just when I used a tissue to see if there was still any blood....
