4 months pregnant with occassional clear stretchy discharge?

Well, I am 15 or 16 weeks pregnant and for the last few weeks, sometimes have a single small strand of clear strtchy discharge when I wipe. Just wanted to make sure this was ok. Please answer my concerns. Thanks
