Weak Stream - Post op green light laser

I had the green light laser one week ago. Before surgery I had a moderately strong stream. I now have a very week stream. Other issues i expected but not this. I heard the oposite. Please respond with any similar experiences.

enlarged and inflamed prostate

Is their a difference between the 2? My doc after a rectal exam said i had an inflamed prostate but not an enlarged one arnt they the same thing? and is it possible to tell from just that?
