Clear liquid discharge from Anus

I wonder if you may be onto something about the dairy. I try to eat healthy and it still happens when I do, but when I eat unhealthily, it gets even worse. I kind of pigged out on pizza tonight and ended up having to get up twice in the middle of the night just to wipe. I am a 32-year-old woman and otherwise good health so this is pretty disconcerting for me that this has been going on for like a year and a half now. I went to a doctor before Covid happened and he kept blaming it on an anal fissure and fistula. Although he kept using the term interchangeably and had a very thick accent. He said there was no infection. I might get a second opinion once Covid is over since he expected it to just go away once the anal fissure (which I’ve had on and off for about five years) healed. It didn’t.

In the interest of full disclosure, especially since this is anonymous, I should probably also point out that I have genital herpes. The thing is, I’ve had that for seven years and this is much more recent. Also, while I realize that 1 in 6 people has it (about 80% of the people who have it are asymptomatic carriers and don’t realize they have it and can still pass it), I can’t imagine everyone on this post has it.

If vinegar kills worms then one has to wonder why anyone would have worms, as vinegar is in so many foods consumed by every country on earth. Also the are medications to treat SOME worm and parasite infections, but why would there be any medication for any worm infections if all a person had to do was drink vinegar. I think you should find a good G.I. and follow his care for a few months and see what comes of it and go from there. People die every day trying to self diagnose and self treat with very limited medical education or knowledge, even with symptoms that don't seem serious or seem completely harmless.
After all "if its on the internet, its gotta be true right?" Lol
