I have hormonal issues and got prescribed with Duphaston tablets. I'm now bleeding for a week

Hi, Am not pregnant but I have hormonal issues, 14 days ago I was prescribed with Duphaston tabs. I started my period on 19th July ( late for 4 days) but it has not stop up to now. Should I be worried?
