Is running on higher ground going to give me any benefits?

Answered by a doctor

I might be moving down to Georgia (horray! I hate the Utah cold). Just curious about something. The elevation where I am now is 4,390 feet and 233 feet where I'll be moving. Just wondering if all that extra oxygen down there will give me a bit of a running boost.
