If you have vaginal and oral sex with someone who has chlamydia do you take two different medications? Or do you take just one medication and it cures both vaginal and oral chlamydia?

Is it possible to pick up Genital Warts thru means other than as an STI. I have contracted these recently but my doctor told me that they may not necessarilly be sexually transmitted. I have some on the lower part of my abdomen/stomach area and 2 on my penis? Any ideas?
