Hi, I found out that I am infected with HPV. I am 25 years old male, and it’s hard even to think about giving up physical contact, but if that’s what I have to do, I will do it. Any suggestion?

I had unprotected oral sex five months ago. I was tested for Syphilis after 5 weeks and it was negative. Few weeks ago I developed rash on my palms and feet. Hoe long it takes before syphilis antibodies shows up? My friend told me that I am already in secondary stage.
