Itchy, red, hands?

I have dry skin, and every winter i get really dry hands. i use hand lotion, but this year it has been really bad. My hands are red and sore in between my fingers and on my knuckles. I'm using the same cream but it is not helping. Any suggestions?

Hello, I would like some help! I am 34 years old and it looks like I am having problems with plantar warts. I have tried some OTC medications, but it seems warts are being resistant to that kind of treatment. Should I go to a doctor or try some other medication? Does anyone know?
