large red itchy blotches on arms ,neck , back

I broke out in large deep red splotches on my arms, legs, and neck. Then my mouth broke out in white ulcer like sores. My lips and eyes are swollen and cracked. Does anyone have any ideas. My blood work came back normal. I'm miserable.

how to romove red angionoma form my head.

I have noticed small red angionoma on my head recently. I went to the dermatoligist and he said they are nothing to worry about. That being said I would like to rmove them with a cream or at least dull them. any help would be greatly appreciated.
