Single Red Bump on Knee About the Size of a Quarter...

This morning as I was getting ready I noticed a bump on my knee. It's generally not itchy, but it's about the size of a quarter and hard. It's also red. I'm terrified it's a spider bite or something like it.

purple skin

hi i just noticed my arms the skin color is kind of a mix of purple, red and blue and i have some white spots and at the centre of them are little red pin hole sized dots, also if i touck my arm it leaves a very distinct white mark from the lightest touch so if you can help thanks alot
