small sore over sinus on cheek below my eye

I seem to have developed a small sore approx: 1/2 below my eye. I seems to ooze a clear liquid from time to time and never come to a head or seems to heal. It.s just over my sinus and my thinking is that its related in some way to it;s drainage. Is there a treatment for this?
