Heat boils in my penis head

Dear Doc,

          Iam 27 yr guy.I yet to get married.last week i found heat boils in my penis head,very micro in size,i consulted with my famil doctor.He dint seen my penis.I told him same thing.H ask me apply cocnut oil.He told it will be because of Body heat.He asked icting is there are not.I dont have icting also.But its more than 5 days its remains the same.Its not increase or decreased.pLS SUGGEST ME
