speckling on lip both top and bottom

there is some white speckling over the very top parts of my lip to the end of the tip of my lip the same thing with the bottom but there only a little bit on the bottom the white speckling is 2d nothing bumpy or anything

swelling hard fingers

Sometimes my fingers swell and my skin gets hard.It burns too.Example/If I hold a grocery bag on my fingers they will most likely swell up.It is mainly around the knickle area.Waht in the world could this be?
