head cyst operation, some parts of the wound healed completely but some spots didn't

I had an operation on cyst on my head a month ago.I realised some part of the wound has healed completely  and there's this spot on the wound that has not yet been healed,sometimes its always watery.I have taken some antibiotics to no avail.I'm really confused here!
