When I touch my right inner thigh with my fingers or pull the skin that is there it's like a numbing kind of feeling. Maybe a little bit of tingling also. But my left just feels normal. By the way I don't know if this will matter but I only have one testicle also so would that have something to do with it? Is this a problem? And should I be worried? Is this normal for some people?
