I HAVE EXCEMA TOO AND I ALWAYS GET IT WHEREMY LIPS TURN DARK AND ITCH AND ARE DRY AND SORT OF LOOK LIKE CHAPPED LIPS, OR ITS MY ALLERGIES, WHAT CAN I USE FOR THIS? i HAVE EUCERIN CREAM AND VASELINE AND CHAPSTICK, SEEMS ITS SLOWLY GOING AWAY. WHAT IS FASTER?

Hey, It is winter here¡K and every winter my lips chap¡K I mean., I have severely chapped lips, that much it hurt and I feel I could take my skin off ..it hurts and itches. I use Vaseline, but nothing, it even itches when I put Vaseline on my chapped lips, but I got used to this type of pain....
