Finger lump turning greyish and the skin over it is tearing apart

Around 2 months ago, the area beside the nail of my middle finger started swelling. A week after, a lump started forming. It didn't hurt until you applied pressure on it. I just thought it was maybe ganglion cyst, but as of lately, it started turning dark grey and the skin over it is tearing apart....

Pain in fingers when waited too long to urinate or defecate

I get extreme pain in my right hand fingertips if I wait too long to use the restroom. The pain subsides when I do go. I have read about people who get the pain when they have waited too long and are releasing. Is this the same thing?

wet crack for years, fistula surgery which didn't heal and now leaks
