I have had this disorder for years. I had fistula surgery 20-25 years ago did not heal. Now leaks . Have been trying to figure it out. Stairs, lots of walking, anxiety, panic attacks., most of these issues would cause you to squeeze your buttocks,which may cause a wicking effect. the fact that your muscles are so contracted, the liquid  can only go up, instead of down, which gives it the appearance that it is coming from above. What do you think of this idea?
