What are these things on my legs?

:-( I have these sores on the inside of my legs almost like blisters and i have no idea what they could be. I dont know if they are from my thighs rubbing together or from my clothes or if thiers a medical problem but they hurt and some are getting bigger and they peel and turn to almost scabs....
