Puss and blood filled bumps on my inner thighs

So, here's the deal. I'm 24, and I've been getting this bumps on my inner thigh area for a while now. They usually eventually burst and ooze blood and puss, and quite a lot of it, but they do leave a "dug" area on my skin, as if they're just "eating away" the skin under them....

hard red painful lump on butt area

I have this hard red bump on my butt for more than a week. I was surprised when it came out, it is painful but it doesn’t itch. At first I thought it will pass quickly but it didn’t. I picked it and it healed. I think it is herpes.
