My friend has just delivered a baby boy who is unfortunately suffering from albinism. And even though we all know that it is not something that serious, it is still an annoying condition. And I guess life will not go easy on a little guy. So, can albinism be cured?

please advice on neck mass

I have a neck mass in the parapharyngeal area about 3.2 cm.. I did 2 MRI scans with/without gadolinum(dye). I also have bilateral swelling of the lymph glands anteriorly in the neck and underarms. What should be my next step? Biopy???? of the neck mass??
