hard lump in lower back causes discomfort

For the last few months I have noticed a hard lump on my lower right back. It does not hurt but sometimes I feel discomfort depending on psture. I can walk and run normally but sometimes it feels a bit weird. Does anyone know what this might be?

painful lump on arm

I have a pretty large lump on the inside of my arm above where my elbow bends, it is very painful. I cant fully extend my arm or bend it in all the way without horrible pain. I have been using needles, so I'm scared to go to the doctor or hospital. I am wondering how serious this may be?

Whenever I shave my legs, dots appear all over my legs. They are like pores but I'm not sure what they are. Some of my friends have the same problem. I was just wondering if anyone knew how to stop it happening. Should I stop shaving and try with wax.
