Hello can anyone please help me there is a lump in my back top right corner between my spin and shoulder blade. It's really starting to hurt more often I can't breathe or evan move somedays . It's not visible but I feel it always in the same spot for some reason.

Skin wart and red patch on my abdomen

Perianal cyst/ abscess, will it go away on its own?

I developed a bump about marble-sized ball on the right side of anusright on the edge of sphincter, mild pain except during wiping, then pain increases a lot. I don't have health insurance  now and even doctor visit is nt affordable at this time... Can I expect it to go away on its own...
