red rash on legs after using tanning bed

I recently went tanning for only 6 min in a high level bed and now have red blotchy rash type stuff on the shins of my legs...I am on antibiotics for a bladder infection..could this relate to my problem, will it ever go away???

Why do my legs itch all the time?

sometimes my legs itch only at night and other times they itch all the time. i scratch so hard that my legs bleed and now i have little scabs. help help help. sometimes the hot water makes them itch more too. i really hope i don't have scabies cuz that is gross. i also have dry skin too.
