Hello!
I work out on an elliptical machine for 40 minutes 3-5 times a week, and decided to vary by substituting a day walking instead. About 10 minutes after I started, my legs started burning and itching at an intense level. I stopped walking, the burning and itching stopped. I started again, albeit a little slower, and it wasn't as bad. I didn't eat before I went for a walk, and wore the same cotton knit capris that I have worn for years, so it wasn't an allergy. It was 7am and about 80 degrees out, so it wasn't too hot. What causes it, and how can I make that not happen again?

I've had that happen too. Did you see a rash?
Do you wash your workout gear before using it again?
I found that the burning/itching happened when I was working out really hard and was wearing a shirt or pants that I've used before without washing.
