Hi! I have butterfly rush across the nose and cheeks. So, I went to dermatologist. He told me that butterfly rush is symptom of lupus. He suggested me to go in clinic were I will have some tests. Also he told lupus is serious disease. What do you think should I have tests for lupus?

Is it possible that I developed shingles due to enormous stress I’ve been exposed lately? I’ve been to doctor and he prescribed therapy. Still. I am confused that it is possible that I could shingles because of stress. As I now people do not get chicken pox because of stress.
